What Is This Light Therapy Unit For?

The Vetcare Silent Light Therapy Device is designed to facilitate quicker healing and optimising comfort in animals, helping to soothe chronic and post-operative pains, as well as to treat skin conditions and musculoskeletal injuries.

How Does the Photizo Vetcare Device Work?

The Photizo Vetcare Device targets compromised cells to energise them, helping to inhibit the process of cell death. When light therapy is completed soon after an acute injury, the process of cell-death can be reversed to facilitate speedier healing. This device can also help to increase blood-flow and reduce inflammation.

What Is the Difference Between the Silent and Regular Devices?

There are two types of these hand-held light-therapy devices available, a silent and regular Photizo Vetcare Light Therapy Device. The regular version makes a beep once the button has been pressed for the light therapy to be administered. For animals who are sensitive to sounds, this beeping may cause some discomfort or distress. To rectify this, Photizo has made a silent version which functions without beeping. 

Apart from this beeping, the two devices are the exact same.

When Not To Use the Photizo Vetcare Device

The light therapy device is not appropriate for animals who:

• Have cancer
• Are pregnant
• Suffer from epilepsy
